Returns & Refunds Eligibility

• ✅ Accepted: Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days.
• ✅ Accepted: Defective products (e.g., LED not working, manufacturing flaws).
• ❌ Not Accepted: Custom-designed discs (unless defective).
• ❌ Not Accepted: Opened or used items (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Important Battery Notice

Your Amazing Inflatable Flying Disc ships without batteries in compliance with international air safety regulations. This is part of our commitment to public safety and ensures your order clears customs without delay. Each flying disc requires 3× LR44 (AG13) batteries, which are readily available at any local retailer.

How to Return

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. If eligible, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process a refund or replacement within 7–10 days.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Warranty
